"I have been dealing with Lokey Mercedes and Infiniti since 1995. It still amazes me that the same people are there, minus the two or three service advisors that have retired. These people have gone out of there way to be of service, always finding the best deal, and genuinely leaving you with a feeling of trust. It's hard to say that about many car dealerships! They are real people, with real information. When our family experienced a tragedy, they personally called and offered support. It wasn't about the sale.
